Lync 2013 Reverse proxy setup

I am deploying a Lync 2013 setup:

One Single Frontend (as an enterprise pool).
One Single Edge (as a pool). (In a perimeter)
One WAC (Office web app server)

We want to use a VLM100 as a Reverse proxy while we are now in the lack of the TMG.
I want to setup the VLM in a 2 arm configuration.

I cannot find any documents on your site, that can guide how to publish the FE IIS and the WAC IIS.
I have looked in the Lync 2010 deployment guide, but haven´t found what I have been looking for.

Any help would appriciated, as I'am new to Kemp.
