LM-2200 exchange 2010 statistics question

i have 1 lm-2200 configured with standard exchange 2010 template with 2x real cas/hub servers
with following timeout and l7 connections setup

Drop Connections on RS failure    
Drop at Drain Time End    
L7 Connection Drain Time (secs) 300 secs
persistence option 1 hour
Idle Connection Timeout 86400 secs

when i disable 1 server (ukcas00)  the connections seem to stop immediately on ukcas00i notice the following statistics
the active connections remain at 18 but there is no data flowing, can i safely take this uk-cas00 server out of action. when does the active connections drop to 0?
